My father bought a 78 280Z new from the dealer. It was white with brown interior and dealer installed stripes down the hood and side. I was 13 and learned to shift left handed from the passenger seat as he drove. Later, when I was 19, it had gotten pretty rusty so my friends and I customized it extensively. He finally sold what was left of it in 1987. He passed away in 2009 and I purchased my 77 280Z in 2010. I love my Z because of it's timeless looks and loads of aftermarket modifications available.
